Humor - a little spice in our lives

Hey, we all need a little humor and this little gem was passed on to me by Elizabeth A.

Its good to be a woman.

We got off the Titantic first.

We can scare male bosses with mysterious gynecological disorder excuses.

Taxis stop for us.

We don't look like a frog in a blender when dancing.

No fashion faux pas we make could ever rival the Speedo.

We don't have to pass gas to amuse ourselves.

If we forget to shave, no one has to know.

We can congratulate our teammate without ever touching her rear end.

We never have to reach down every so often to make sure our privates are still there.

We have the ability to dress ourselves.

We can talk to the opposite sex without having to picture them naked.

If we marry someone 20 years younger, we are aware that we will look like an idiot.

We will never regret piercing our ears.

There are times when chocolate really can solve all your problems.

We can make comments about how silly men are in their presence because they aren't listening anyway.

Thank you for the smiles. I find women's humor very earthy. We often laugh at ourselves and we include everyone instead of 'one-upping' them. I believe our ability to see our frailties and take them to heart is part of our best works. We often diffuse situations by using humor to stop confrontation. I find the gathering part of women, our inclusiveness very healthy and humor being the best indicator of a woman’s mental health. You made my day.

I can't imagine going through life without being able to see humor in situations and the people around us. I agree with Sally, if a woman has the capacity to find humor - in situations as well as herself - she's a much healthier person and contributes more positively to those in her world. Yes, our men make us laugh, but isn't that one of the reasons we love them???
